The Personal Motivation & Engagement assessments looks at the level of passion for each of the 6 motivators, and how they drive an individual on a personal level.

1. Sales Skills Index The SSI (Sales Skills Index) is an objective analysis of an individual’s understanding of the strategies required to sell successfully in any sales environment. Commonly used to establish benchmarks and knowledge benchmarks, provide insights into understanding of the sales process. Used in sales training, team and leadership coaching, and as a means for developing highly successful sales professionals.
2. Workplace Environment The Workplace Environment is a process which compares a candidate to the job. Utilizing DISC, for both the candidate and the job, insights into fit for a particular position are highlighted. Commonly used to improve in the selection process.
3. Workplace Motivators The Workplace Motivators® assessments looks at the level of passion for each of the 6 motivating factors, and how they impact an individual in the workplace.
4. 360 Assessments These assessments are utilized to get feedback from a variety of perspectives to establish a benchmark, assist in identifying opportunities and creating effective development plans for individuals, leaders, organizations and teams. Questionnaire templates are available for certain needs or completely customizable.
